Motorized end trucks

Motors - Crane and hoist duty rated, identical motors deliver maximum torque to wheels, pull rotor type self-ad-justing motor brake.
Wheels - Deep grooved sealed ball bearings, stationary axles; for special requirements consult factory.
Frame - Heavy duty channel or angle construction.
Guide Rollers - Two pair per end truck, greater stability, reduce friction.
Power Couplings - For cushioned start and stop, standard where indicated in tables.
Bumpers - Standard

Electrical Controls

Bridge Control Box - Forward and reverse control for end trucks, pendant controlled mainline power disconnect, thermal overload motor protection, NEMA 1 enclosure.
Manual Fused Disconnect Box - Manually disconnects power supply, provides over-current system protection, safety lockout device, NEMA 1 enclosure.
Wiring - Runway electrification to manual disconnect box, manual disconnect box to bridge control box, bridge control box to end truck motors.

Bridge beam assembly

  Pre-drilled beam and reinforcing cap when required, braces, mounting plates, wire guide brackets, trolley end stops.
